How to enable specific Force Powers on Force disabled servers

Okay, guys, I just want to know how to do this as I practice against bots on my own system. I go to Create Server in the game menu, but there are no commands in there to enable specific Force Powers. Once again, I am not trying to make an Internet server, just one more practicing against bots.

Thanks for any help!!!

Use a dedicated server...when the console comes up use this command:

forcetoggle (#)

where (#) is the number of the force power you want to turn on or off

I've found this to be permanent even if you shut the server down completely and restart it, so if you make changes...be sure to use this command to change them back!

Thanks for the help...

Do I need to do anything to use a dedicated server? I'm afraid I haven't caught on to the lingo yet! :-(

When I practice against bots, I start multiplayer, then click on Create Server, etc. Is this a dedicated server?

Thanks again!

No, when created in that manner you are running what's called a "listen" server. In many ways you can accomplish the same things. The primary difference is that, obviously, when you shut down your client the game is also shut down for everyone else. Generally, listen servers do not "advertise" on the master server or on a LAN, however they have been known to do so sometimes anyway. ;)
