potatorepublic
OK. I'm a newb who has just created my first skin. Really, its not much. It's just some mixing and matching between skins from the game. Basically its imperial worker pants, a brown imp officer torso, a prisoner head, black gloves/boots. its pretty cool, but my question is when you're creating a skin from nothing, or editing skins, how does someone make it look so realistic??? Do you have to sacrifice realism, like folds in clothes and holes that look good, or do you just have to be REALLY good at making it look realistic? Thanx! -Potato Republic
BradFu
Depends on skill level. Creating realistic clothing requires good coloring, shading, etc. The tools I use most when attempting realistic clothing are the Dodge and Burn tools (mostly Burn) in Photoshop. BradFu!
