JediGhost[SITH]
In case you haven't seen the main jediknightii.net page, this is posted there: For those of you unhappy with the increased saber blocking in CTF and FFA modes in the 1.03 patch for Jedi Outcast, you can turn off the changes by setting the CVAR g_saberTraceSaberFirst to "0" in your server configs. Setting this to "1" = More Blocking, "0" = Less Blocking. It defaults to "1" in 1.03. I've tried this and all I can notice is that Blue and Yellow stances remain normal like 1.03. Red stance, however, can't be blocked. Every swing of red will hurt your opponent, while blue/yellow are normally blocked.

MatrixCPA
The reason you aren't getting the answer you want is because the description of g_saberTraceSaberFirst is all we have to go on. If it doesn't do what you want, we're either going to need more direction from Raven or it just won't work the way you want it to work. At this point, some features aren't quite doing what they are supposed to because the new VM's haven't been released yet. According to the email I got from a Raven mp programmer today...they don't have a release date set yet for them.
