Liquid DanO
Hello I'm having some trouble getting Jedi Knight 2 up and running on my Win98 machine. I am getting a really bizarre error. "JediOutcast.exe is not a valid Win32 Application" This message comes up when I try to autorun the install off the CD. Something is messed up. I tried the CD from my Win2000 machine and it did the same thing. The game runs wonderfully on my 2k machine as well. If anyone has some input... I'd be happy to hear/use it. Thanks, Liquid DanO

NerfYoda
Thats a weird one... Sounds like a bad CD possibly? Try returning it.
Danz
Well, being as it is the project leader in one of the bigger software companies, I could suggest that you try looking into (follow these steps closely, maning press the buttons) 1. Start 2. Settings 3. Control panel 4. Double-click System 5. Click on Performance 6. Look at whether any of your drives are in "16-bit compatibility mode". 7. If yes, then this might be your problem. if no, then i. Corrupted file or ii. bad sectors or iii. get Win2000 (just kidding, but worth a mention). Anyway, if you would describe your hardware, software and what runs and doesn't on you machine I might be able to give you a more detailed answer to your problem. Sincerely, DZ
