SP jumping problem

Im at the yavin trail, and just got force jump. and when i hold the jump button (space) he starts floating up buts stop and comes back down. i cant use the fallen supports to get me up there. My force power was full, so i know thats not the problem. Ive tried MP and it did the same thing. It would jump a lil and then just stop and i float back down. Please someone i need help

If you just got forcejump it will only be level 1 forcejump so you can't jump that high.
