The_Wounded
Well there's onething that i don't get in the books they say that the young Jedi's are trained in a spaceship why do we see them train on coruscant?
NerfYoda
Which book was that? From interviews I've read with Mr. Lucas he doesn't really take the expanded universe into context when he writes his scripts.
Darth_Lando
Yeah if something conflicts between the books and the movies, go with the movies. That is because George Lucas doesn't write the expanded SW universe books. SW is his creation and the movies are the only things 100% under his control. CupO'Coffee
well, since every book has to be certified be either big G himself or a lucas committee, one can say that george has full control of what is happening in the books. but when george makes his script for the episodes, i'm sure he gives sh!t about what happened in the books and just pulls his own thing, that's why the movies are called canon and the EU isn't
Rajess MoDuron
The books are approved by a committee, of whom george signs the checks. He does NOT read every book. He, unlike many of us, has a life outside star wars.
