OT2K Posted May 24, 2002 Share Posted May 24, 2002 Hello JKII - Players, I don´t know , if any one of you has already downloaded the "Shakira"-Skin. I Still don´t know, what it looks like, because there are no Screenshots to view, but in connection with the Name, I think it could be a very nice skin. Now to my problem with this file: As usual, I unpack the .pk3-file and copy it into my JKII/data/base-directory. But each time, when I try to Start JKII after this , I get a black Screen, and my System breaks down! :mad: After I restart the PC, the shakira.pk3 -file is deleted from my /base-folder again! ( this maybe one of these built-in windowsXP-features) Has anybody of you had the same troubles with installing this file, or has anybody a WORKING version of it? Or Maybe I have made a mistake... I hope someone can tell me what is wrong with this file, and why my system always hangs up after installing it and starting JKII. This reminds me of the time when people made nude skins of the preincluded models in a game, but that wouldn't happen to this game would it? WOULD IT? haha just joking, people can use whatever skin they desire as long as i don't have to look at it... *sigh*...
