Posting information clients see on the loading screen

I've come across some servers that post websites and CPU power of the server that you are connecting to, in addition to the motd. I know how to set the motd for the users to read, however, i've tried doing "sets "URL" "URL HERE"" and if the user types /serverstatus it'll show a value of URL being the url i set, however, it does not show up in the loading screen for the maps. What are the values that can be set, besides g_motd, that can give users more info on the server at first glance? Thanks.
