Sorry but I jest got the game. How do you work in the dark room where you need light amplification goggles ( the room near the UNEXPLAINABLE chasm ) . Can't seem to go anywhere or get anything done there . Thanks ppl.

I believe you missed your goggles. If I'm not mistaken the night vision goggles are in the first level of the game, in one of the cargo boxes that have a lighted control panel on the side. This box is in the room that all of the Storm Troopers came running out of when you, and Jan came in off the lift together.

 

Other than that you have to flail around till you get out... I've had to that before myself due to lack of bat. power... Oh yeah when you do get the night vision use it sparingly (they are hard on batteries)
