Windows 2k/XP: Open your Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel. Double-click System. Click the Hardware Tab. Click the Device Manager Button. Expand the Display Adapter listing and see what manufacturer and card is listed.  Go to the manufacturer's website (http://www.ati.com, http://www.hercules.com, http://www.3dfx.com, etc).
