Oblivi0n Posted June 2, 2002 Share Posted June 2, 2002 is there any way of using "grip force" in multiplayer ? if yes - then how ? its like - i make my grip to the 3rd level in the "force cusromize" then in the game i press Q (which is my grip force) and nothing happens, ever !! can u help me out ? its my most favourite force and its a bit boring w/o it. btw - i've been playing with the BOTs for a while - and several of them used Grip on me ... wtf ?? greedo626 Posted June 2, 2002 Share Posted June 2, 2002 you may not be holding the grip button down. this is a common mistake for new players. if you are holding the grip button down and it still doesn't work make sure you're close enough to the person you want to grip (grip is not a range attack), within a few meters (in game meters). Shadowjack Posted June 2, 2002 Share Posted June 2, 2002 The one NOOB mistake I made when switching from sp to mp was assuming I could grip as a light jedi. In mp, lightning and grip are only dark jedi powers. We Light Jedi can set ABSORB, but don't get the cool attacks the dark lords have. If it helps...
