This is so simple it hurts. You'll need a PK3 explorer (i use Game File Explorer, search for it on Google). Open the pk3 containing the model, and note the path of the .md3 file. In radiant, right click and select MISC>MODEL. A small entity appears in your map. Press N. Add the following key:

 

model

path/to/the/model

 

If you typed the path right, the model should load in the editor. You'll find that you'll be able to run through it in the game...you need to make brushes to go around the model, and assign the clip texture to them to make it solid.
