C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\base Just highlight the files you want, and hit the extract button. first download the zipped editing tools from http://www.jediknightii.net in the files section under tools. As to getting an image editor, I already have a digital camera and I can edit pictures, so I should be able to edit skins, right?
