how to join your own server as the host???

I run an internet server.

 

When I click create server it exits and runs the server.

But then I run the game again and join the server i created.

But I don't have admin controls while in game by pressing shift +~.

 

So how do I play on my own server as the host while having all my admin abilities?

I don't know as I run a dedicated server but I will BET you need to set an RCON password and access it that way.
