crashes when loading new game

I've got win 2k, real good computer, but average graphics... voodoo3 2000. I've played the demo of jedi knight... works fine. I installed the full game... on load of a new game, it crashes... here's the readout...

... Not a phucken jpeg? wtf!? anyway... so you're thinking it's a GL prob with me... all other's opengl games work fine... even the demo of jk2... so I don't know.. I'm really hoping someone is know going.. excellant.. here is a person I can be the saviour for.. so yeah.. hope someone can help.. (by the way, i have all the latest drivers etc.)
