we need much more info to help you.. both of you run dxdiag and post the saved results here.. here's how you do it:

 

start > run > dxdiag

 

run the tests, 'save results to file' (text file), open text file and copy info and post here..

 

DXdiag will give us detailed info about your system so we cqan look for possible problems...

i already solved it ... by uninstalling , defragmenting the HD,

reinstalling + applying the 1.03 patch again .

 

loaded the same saved game and walla - it worked !
