DarkSkywalker
I cant seem to import it into the md3 viewer with its texture.... It doesnt give me a "cant find texture" popup or anything, it just doesnt show up at all. Anyone know whats going on? I reset x-forms, And got a few "there is not a one to one correcpondence between texture verts and true verts..." in max -what does this mean? Apparently its giving me some problems. Even yet, I had the same error with my Slave one, but it worked fine, without flaw.... (at least in the md3 viewer...)

BradFu
Very nice! One suggestion: it seems a touch too flat. I would make the middle section taller. Is this going to have an interior? BradFu!
DarkSkywalker
I doubt it will, but I might think about it...
Da MaN
Is this a prefab? I already saw a Falcon on http://www.jedioutcastmaps.com
Master Shawn
No, its a model, prefabs arent md3s, I think your problem with the texture is that you dont have a .skin file for it, you need to make one that has paths to your texture/s, you then load the model, then import the .skin file with the paths, it then loads the texture and, voila
frans
Proof positive that anything can be found on the net... Someone actually took the time to anylize the Falcon and compare internal sets to external models, and rationalized a true"er" to life design. http://www.synicon.com.au/sw/mf/falcon.htm Specifically, I like this picture (yea, I know, its a tad corrupted) http://www.synicon.com.au/sw/mf/frank666.jpg I always wanted to do an accurate to life model of the Falcon, inside and out. So far no luck though. Frans
BradFu
Well, I just read through that Falcon analysis frans posted a link to, and despite the author's repeated annoying and unnecessary negative comments about the Expanded Universe, it's a good analysis. For any Millenium Falcon interior designing, I would agree that that picture frans mentioned (http://www.synicon.com.au/sw/mf/frank666.jpg) would be best for the layout. I REALLY hope someone can put together a high quality map of the interior of the Falcon. Who wouldn't want to just wander around and live in that ship for a little while? BradFu! Xiin
Why not make a Duel level of it: Wouldn't it be cool to Fight in the falcon while it's at lightspeed
Uber Sith
that would be the reatest duel level.... even better would be an FFA with it in cool
Jimbini
I wish you could drive it, or even use the gun turrets.
Da MaN
If this was a model rather than a map prefab. Can anyone say AIRQUAKE!!!!?
The Chimera
Exellent model! That would be really cool if you could go inside, but if not, it's still a REALLY good model. Good job!
