switch task

Hello,

 

I'm certain this has been asked somewhere on this forum before. But because the search-function is disabled, and because I'm not going to scroll through all these threads I ask it again.

 

Is there a way to switch task? (like alt+tab)

 

Because sometimes I like to check if I haven't any messages.
