open_gl subsystem

if someone can tell me how i can open it without the console coming up saying open_gl substystem cant load, pls tell me, cos i also need to know how to make the screen image 1000*1025 or wot eva it is, i dont want 600*800.

It's all about your video card...what do you have for a video card?

 

You'll most likely just need a new card if you want to get better resolution, etc, etc, etc../
