help w/ dismemberment against MP bots?

yo all, i have been checkin' forums looking for the easiest way to enable dismemeberment in multiplayer games, against bots. you know, just by opening up MP, making a server, but never going online, just practicing against some bots. but i wanna chop them up

how can i do this? any help would be greatly appriciated. thanx
