rut-wa jodar Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 I need help source code compiling !!!! I am creating a mod so in FFA game you can have more than 4 allies, but when it comes to compiling it I am stuck because I can`t afford Microsoft Visual 6.0. I have tried other C++ compilers but with no success. If someone is prepared to compile it for me please post your email address and I will send it.
rut-wa jodar Posted June 24, 2002 Author Posted June 24, 2002 That`s the problem, I can`t make a qvm file Is their an another way to make the source code into a qvm file ??
Subject452 Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 why can't you make a qvm? sometimes it helps 2 post the nature of your problem...
rut-wa jodar Posted June 24, 2002 Author Posted June 24, 2002 the source code batch file(game.bat) does not compile anything it just creates a vm directory and then states "bad command or filename" on each file even though all the files are there..
rut-wa jodar Posted June 24, 2002 Author Posted June 24, 2002 Originally posted by Subject452 Skip the debug part and go make qvm I would be grateful if you would compile it for me Subject452
Subject452 Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 You just need to d/l the qvm batchfiles for win9x versions
Arkule Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 you need to compile it into a .dll file before the game.bat and whatnot will create the .qvms
UGG Posted July 6, 2002 Posted July 6, 2002 You don't compile a DLL to make a QVM. You either make a DLL or a QVM, not both. Try these, jodar. http://ugg.codealliance.ca/modbat
