I first discoverd it when trying 2 skin 4 the 1st time and i did the files in the wrong directory... Result: the reskinned parts: the body and the arms, where missing.. 2 do it yourself: just 'borrow' a skin from somebodyelse.. open it with winpak (or whetever it's called) or Winzip and delete the tga (or whatever: jpg?) files..
