Garik Loran Posted June 29, 2002 Share Posted June 29, 2002 If you want to change existing HUD graphics you must open the tga files from the assets0.pk3. Extract the pk3 and go to assets0\gfx\hud. Here you'll find all the images, open them with photoshop or any other graphic editing prog. The tga files also have an alpha channel, this is the part that is shown ingame, so when you'll save it, make sure you have added a selection.
