server commands?

Is there a command to bump someone out of the match into spectator mode without kicking them? I run a Custom Map only server with download enabled and when ppl are dl'ing the map their ping'ed out at 999 and we have to wait for them to time out before the next match can start.

 

any ideas?

Have you tried lowering your g_timeouttospec?
