Problems with game

Ok here is the deal.. I had JO on my computer, running on windows me. i put windows xp on the computer, now it won't run. It says this for single player:

from experience doing an upgrade from any OS is usually a bad idea.. your best bet is to do a clean XP install.. you can set up multiple OS's if you like.. I have both Win Me and XP.. I actually use only XP but Me is there just in case.. for a bunch of help with XP go to XP-erience
