Begining of the game

I´m just starting playing the game and believe it or not i´m stuck and can´t open the door. I have the first key, which i got from killing an officer. Help please what do i do next

Are you referring to the big door of the base. If so go around the corner and use the door where the stormies came out. Move up the elevator and activate the perimeter defense. Now you can blast the door with the big guns.
