'Count' dooku i presume

I was wondering whether the title of 'Count' Dooku was given to him or if its of his on devise. And also did he have the same name when he was a jedi master.

I was given the title of Count at birth, as I was born into a high family on Seranno. I did have my title when I was a weak, puny Jedi, but many people merely called me "Dooku".

Count Dooku is also a vampire. He is the ancestor of Vladd Tepes a.k.a. Count Dracula. MMMUUUUUHHHHAAAHHHAAAHHAAA!

Funny actually. Dooku starts off as a good guy (at least we can assume that he did, his seperation from the jedi doesn't seem to be that far removed) but ends up joining Palpatine. Saruman starts off being a good guy but then ends up joining Sauron. I wonder if Christopher Lee recently joined the Mafia or something...

Christopher Lee just seems to pull of the backstabbing villain better than most, he has that....presence. You cannot really tell if he's sincere or not...but you think he isn't.
