ShinodaFett Posted July 7, 2002 Share Posted July 7, 2002 I'm brand new at this (mainly cuz I'm bored, I'm waiting for Star Wars Galaxies, I played the hell outa JK2 already, and I have some minor programming background) and I was just wondering, what are all the programs used for making mods? mapping program(s)=? skinning program(s)=? anything else (like making custom lightsabers) and other actual gameplay modification tools=? idontlikegeorge Posted July 8, 2002 Share Posted July 8, 2002 grab the JK2EditingTools2.exe from a number of jk2 sites, i got it at massassi; it has pretty much every tool you need the only thing basically out of reach is a tool to create new animations; right now only softimage can do that right now gameplay modifications can only be made to MP, since only the MP source code is released (included in the tools pack) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
