scarletknight Posted July 17, 2002 Posted July 17, 2002 ok, i read a couple post s up about installation problems one in particular had issues with one of the files *.pk3 or whatever. When i try to install the game i cant get past a certain percentage then it gives me an I/O error.. i have never had this problem with my drive. however so i figured maybe my drive is dying so i switch it over to my other rom and it gives me the same error...both are over the minum requirements...when i try a second or a third time it gives me the cycling error that someone else mentioned. it is also not the cd as i tested it on my friends computer and it installed fine. please help, thanksin advance
