Keiran Halcyon
Well when he ignites it, he has a blue one. Then when the jedi are surrounded, and afeter Windu speaks with Dooku, he has a green one. When he boards the Gunship he has a blue one again. Is that an error? I cannot see the hilt so it could be that he lost saber, picks up another, lost again and picks up again? ET Warrior
we see KiAdi get led into the jedi circle after the fighting is done, him and Plo Koon, and other Jedi. They had been captured by the droids. Their original sabers were undoubtedly taken from them, so they most likley picked them up off of their dead companions
AgentSmith
Not necessarily ET Warrior. When Aayla is being led to the circle of Jedi (Aayla's on the lower right side, Ki-Adi and Plo are on the left) she's holding her own lightsaber, it's merely deactivated. Later you see her in the circle holding her lightsaber, this time activated. (Gotta love that gal. )
Demolisher
I thought that Ki Adi Mundi was gonna have a purple lightsaber. I remember when Episode 1 came out, people were saying his was purple.

You know: Plo koon: yellow, Ki-Adi: Purple, Adi Gallia: Crimsom, Mace Windu: Blue
