SharaFett Posted July 18, 2002 Posted July 18, 2002 i have a girl coming over this weekend. her family and our family have been close for a while. she hinted that she wants us to get closer to each other than friends. while my parents and her parents go out to dinner on saturday night, i'll be alone with her. i was wondering, what type of music should i use (give me song name, artist, ect) for the mood? i'm looking particularily for makeout music. how else can i improve the setting?

I think it would depend on what she likes, but then I am by no means an expert in matters which pertain to social interaction since I genrally avoid it when possible with all people except one.

Seriously, if you want my advice, don't do anything you may live to regret (ie: disease, teen pregnancy, ruined friendship). Take it slow, ask lots of questions, and take notes. Talk to people who you consider to have had successful relationships. I guess that's a problem we all had as kids... we asked our PEERS about these things, when in reality we should have asked the elder generation. After all, it's hard to see the future when you yourself are making the same decisions, with the same level of knowledge. Get where I'm coming from? If it doesn't work out, don't worry, you'll live through it. Don't get desperate worrying you won't get somebody, after all, consider your relatives and neighbors, surely you know some people who are downright ugly, fat, annoying, etc. how many of them have relationships? Plenty! It's not likely they just got that way yesterday, so chances are even they were able to make things work out. So use your head, you can take risks, but be prepared to live with the consequences.
