Mercen4ry
You can either find some way to upload files to a post (this board supports it, but the prompt seems to be disabled somehow), or post the image on a side site like http://freeservers.com (don't think this one allows off-site posting anymore.... not sure), then put it up here with the IMG vb tag. Anyone mind supplying Lyger here with a few free sites that provide off-site image handling? Thanks in advance.

Mercen4ry
Well, what you have there is a link, not a picture (I know it looks like one, but there's an html file there somewhere...), so naturally it didn't work. Just use the IMG button on the vB Code bar... (2nd column, 3rd from the left) and place the address in the pop-up; if it doesn't end with a .tga, .jpg, .gif, or .bmp, chances are it's not the image URL. Try right-clicking the image and hitting "Properties" if all else fails toward finding it's address... Are you looking to link an already existing pic up here? Because it's hosted by Geocities, it may not come up...

Mercen4ry
It ALSO has to be on the internet for it to work. Files on your PC will not be online unless you're using it as a server, which I honestly doubt. Ok, get a new account with http://freeservers.com, then go to the File Manager. In there, hit upload, find the path to the file on your PC, and upload it there. The extension to the file should then be <your web site URL>/trevorisangrytoo.jpg, (omit the <>'s. Just there for the sake of the example) and you can then use the same syntax that you just tried for the newly uploaded file. Edit: http://freeservers.com The , will screw up the first link.
