If you looked through some of the posts up hear, even if you didn't look at the sticky thread that reads "Before you ask a Question, click here" you should have known that a pk3 file is a compressed archive (like a zip file). Either use pakscape (I don't know why) or WinZip (better). Either associate the pk3 with winzip (If you know how to use a computer) or rename it to zip and extract the friggin contents.
