Locations : Tatooine

Seing as tatooine has been famously described by Luke as "the world furthest from the bright centre of the galaxy", and the fact that this world has very little galactic or historical significance at all, and does not seem to have the 'ancient civilisation ruins predating ANH by 4000 years' in the films, is the feature of Tatooine as a location in KOTOR just so fans unfamiliar with the EU can recognise somewhere in the game?

I'd much rather that this 'recognisable' world be Coruscant or Yavin 4, seing as they have much more significance.

Discuss.

I think Luke's comment about it being "the world furthest from the bright centre of the galaxy" was just because he'd been there his whole life. Tatooine isn't that bad, it's had it's share of historical signifigance mabey there'll be something about the beginings of the Hutts.

Thats true. Because it is mentioned alot but in all the movies, they

are traveling to other places, and they only stop there to do

aimless things.

Oh well, maybe the kotor devs will spice it up a bit. You know

eu probably tells more about tatooine than the book, but we

know that its not cannon.
