AgentSmith
Well since Leia distinctly says in ROTJ that she remembers her mother it is very possible that Padme goes with her infant daughter Leia to Alderaan to live with Bail Organa. (Somehow making Anakin think the child is Bail Organa's child, since he adoptes Leia as she takes his name. Anakin might not be aware of the pregnancy if he is away fighting for many months.) Obi-Wan Kenobi just takes Luke to Tatooine and delivers him to Beru and Lars. Leia lives on Alderaan with Padme and Bail Organa until Padme dies shortly after. Jedi_Monk
Now, I've been saying for a while now that I believe that the opening battle of SW3 will take place on Alderaan. Why do I think this? Because Alderaan is the only world explicitly said to have been in the Clone Wars, and the Clone Wars effects Alderaanian society in a way that makes them unable to defend themselves against the Empire. It would also show Bail Organa in action as well as General Kenobi. Well, something on http://www.starwars.com lends a little more weight to my thinking... it's short, but sweet http://www.starwars.com/community/askjc/rick/askjc20020722.html
ET Warrior
but it's also possible we will only see alderaan when obi wan hides leia there.............we really won't even know until 2005
MotionMan
That would be interesting to see=General Kenobi and another battle scene will be cool. Bail Organa in action too:)
Jedi_Monk
but it's also possible we will only see alderaan when obi wan hides leia there.............we really won't even know until 2005 That's another thing... we'll need a lot more development on Bail for that to make any sense. I mean, so far we haven't even seen Obi-Wan in the same room as Bail. There needs to be a story presented between the two to make Obi-Wan's choice to hide Leia there make sense, and what better place to do that than to show them fighting together in the Wars? That's what's implied by ANH, anyway.
