blah2k Posted July 29, 2002 Share Posted July 29, 2002 I'm not really understanding the whole saber hilt installation for the Jedimod. I downloaded ones that were specifically edited for the Jedimod, but I don't understand where to place them. Do I have to create a directory, if so where? Darth-Nasty Posted July 29, 2002 Share Posted July 29, 2002 if they are "specifically edited for Jedimod" then you shouldnt need to edit the pk3 at all. just put the file in the jedimod or the base folder now where did you download these specifically edited lightsabers?? blah2k Posted July 29, 2002 Author Share Posted July 29, 2002 Thanks, the hilts were on a geocities site that was linked in the General Forum under the thread Jedimod 1.1 released (I think that was the title, or something similiar. Monarky2000 Posted July 29, 2002 Share Posted July 29, 2002 all i had to do is rename to saber file to saber_Name of saber Like this... models/weapons2/saber (just change this) models/weapons2/saber_name (to this) and of coarse put all the files for your saber hilt in the saber_name file and i used winrar to do this i think you can use winzip too (just change the files off all your hilts to that) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
