PJMPirate Posted August 1, 2002 Posted August 1, 2002 how can you do this? I know it's possible... and I know it'll take a lot of HD space... but my team needs to make some cutscenes for our mod... so... how can you compile .roq files? or, is there any way to convert, say, .mpegs into .roqs?
idontlikegeorge Posted August 2, 2002 Posted August 2, 2002 ROQ Files.doc in the Tools directory i dont think you can straight convert another video file, but if you can decompile the video into .tgas, then you can convert those into a .roq

idontlikegeorge Posted August 2, 2002 Posted August 2, 2002 *sigh* roq.exe comes with the editing tools pack (i think the first one even)
Wei St Paliv Posted August 14, 2002 Posted August 14, 2002 ROQ files are basically movies without sound made from a massive ammount of TGA files. You need to create a directory with the TGAs in in numeral asequence like jk001.tga, jk002.tga and so on all in a big list then you do something and it compiles it all into a ROQ files which then needs a soundtrack, so you go and make an MP3 for it. Easy
