giganerd Posted August 6, 2002 Posted August 6, 2002 I get the following line in my bspc.log when I try to make an .aas from my .bsp: Sin_LoadBSPFile: odd lump size The program errors out almost as soon as it starts up so this would be the last and maybe 5th or 6th line. It's right after it says it's loading my .bsp. Anybody know what it means and what I can do to fix it?
giganerd Posted August 7, 2002 Author Posted August 7, 2002 Yay. Guess I'll just have to use the good ol' waypoint editor then.
jipe Posted August 7, 2002 Posted August 7, 2002 You set NPC paths ingame via console commands. I believe richdiesal has a tutorial as does an editing site hosted here.
Emon Posted August 7, 2002 Posted August 7, 2002 Jipe, I didn't know that. I thought you used some entity or something.
giganerd Posted August 7, 2002 Author Posted August 7, 2002 Yeah, I know how to use the waypoint editor, I just wanted to try bspc b/c in waypoint editing the waypoints are sequential which can be a bit difficult to set up in a more complex map. But it's no biggie, I'll just make the most of the waypoint editor.
