Deetox187 Posted August 8, 2002 Share Posted August 8, 2002 Well you don't need shaders to do a shiny surface, was just reading Master Shawns Trebor Coleman saber thread in the modeling forum and he mentioned that he made a metal texture in fireworks 4 to make his saber hilt look shiny. ironically he was telling that to BakerS8er lol. Oh well...everyone can't like you I guess. Thx for the tip! I've modeled my saber...but I'm having trouble unfolding it to be skinned. I'll figure it out sometime I guess though....the tutorial I was using isn't much help with it right now. LOL....just went to that thread you were talking about. Hummmm I accidently posted the same thing 2 times on this thread I believe...and Baker was acting like I was a retard cuz of that.
