Bird Of Prey!
Now that the grapplemod has been added to the latest Jedimod, I primarily run this mod on my server. Anyway, there have been a few annoying, don't play by the rules, players that continue to return after they've been kicked. I've read the readme, CVAR commands, etc. but they don't seem to work. When I try "/ban <playername>" it tells me that there is no player by this name. I've even tried using colored letters, where appropriate, and receive the same error message. My final solution is to shut down the server, rename it, and restart. What am I doing wrong? Every other command has more detailed instructions, and works, the ban commands have little documentation. Any help appreciated.
blackfire
Instead of trying to ban them by name, do a status command to get their client number and then type \clientban <clientnumber>. If that doesn't work for you, you can always get their IP from status and ban them normally. I hope that helps, if you don't know how to ban them normally, just let me know and I'll explain. teleguy
\clientban <clientnumber>. I think its banclient . More banning info here http://www.gameadmins.com/guides/q3/banningplayers.htm
blackfire
I think its banclient . Nope it's clientban. He wants the jedimod command, not the normal one.

razorace
It shows the overall status of the server and a list of the Client Names <-> Client Numbers.
