dbjones
How do I import JKII models into 3D Studio Max 4 or Milkshape? I just want to import them for viewing. What plug-ins should I use? Thanks!

Madjai
download the JKO tools, an XSI importer is included in the tools along with xsi files of kyle and a few other.
Duncan_10158
In fact it is imposible to import .GLM model files into 3dsmax. you can only view and modify XSI model files using the tools, as said Madjai.
bleek
I've tried to import glm files but It says I don't have the proper import tool or whatever.
Madjai
you can import GLM using milkshape however, then export them as something 3dsmax can import.
dbjones
Do you need a plug-in to import GLM files into milkshape?

SAIK HUAT
>Get the Ghoul 2 Importer for milkshape. >Extract Assets0.pk3 into a new folder. >With milkshapes .GLM Importer, import one of the models in the folder you created. >Edit/Take the model and export from milkshape into .3ds format. >Open 3dsmax >Import the .3ds file you just Exported from milkshape. >After making your mesh in 3dsmax export back into Milkshape to see if your mesh isnt all messed up. This happened to me and it makes you feel like quitting so make sure you check. I cant explain what it does when you compile your model but its messed up. editormg
MilkShape 1.6.3 is out now. I think it included the second version of ghoul 2 importer as a standard plugin and has 2 or 3 bugfixes.
