jonix Posted August 12, 2002 Posted August 12, 2002 I went to start a SP game, kyle was "stealth kyle" or whatever it is my autodownload got. How do I stop MP skins from interfearing with SP. Another question is, why does the black kyle come up in SP but not in a pure server MP?
teleguy Posted August 12, 2002 Posted August 12, 2002 Don't put the mod pk3 file into the base folder but in a separate folder in the gamedata folder. Name the folder e.g. Jedimod . You should now be able to load the mod via mp mod menu (in Setup).

teleguy Posted August 13, 2002 Posted August 13, 2002 Pure servers only allow the skins that are on the server. The reason for your skin appearing in sp is that either the developer wanted the skin to appear in sp or he made a mistake.
