The use of colour text in sv_hostname?

Every time I try to set the host name through rcon I am unable to use any colour text because the server name only appears as the first word in the name i give it! How do you guys use colour text within sv_hostname?

I have never done that myself. I use jedirunner to set my server up and I can change all of the colors before I start the server in the cfg file that Jedimod creates.
