ShadeSSJ
Hi, does anybody knows, how i can taunt the taunt1.mp3 und the taunt2.mp3? With bind t +taunt you can taunt the taunt.mp3 but bind t +taunt2 for example doesn't work. i want to be able to taunt the different sounds with different keys. I am German so my English isn't that good.
razorace
You can't without a mod. JediMod supports the multiple taunts.
ShadeSSJ
I have Jedi++. That should be the same. It's the newest version of Jedimod. And how does ist work? I didn't find anything in readme.
razorace
Sorry, I can't help you. I don't use the "++" mod of Jedi Mod.
MysticSpade
JediMod++3.0 or whatever it is is not the OFFICIAL JediMod. to do multiple taunts you will need the OFFICIAL JediMod 1.2 and the bind should be like this /bind (key) taunt0-12...............no +taunt this is how it will be used in JediMod 1.
teutonicknight
You don't really need the numbers after. If you just press the taunt button, it cyles through the taunts randomly.
ShadeSSJ
@MysticSpade if i type "bind t +taunt1" and then i press "t", in the upper left corner comes: "unknown cmd command +taunt1" but if i press the key "taunt" more times, i hear the different taunt, but i want to be able to control this
MysticSpade
it should be /bind t taunt or /bind t taunt0-12 you can select exactly what taunt you can use, it just cycles through the taunts. if i can find a way to set the taunt you want to use i'll post the command
Blues
I just thought of something... What do the commands such as TauntKillInsult and TauntGauntlet do? Sorry, kinda unrelated, but it's been bugging me...
razorace
They are old commands from the Quake 3 game. Most of them simply don't function in JK2. I believe TauntKillInsult and TauntGauntlet were script varibles so you'd say something when you killed your opponent normally (TauntKillInsult) or with your gauntlet (TauntGauntlet). ShadeSSJ
But that's not enough. I've put some new sounds in the zbattledroid. And if i could control these taunts.....imagine in multiplayer: Battledroid Commander: Check it up Coporal, we'll cover you. Security Battledroid: Roger, roger. Jedi comes.... Security Battledroid: Oh, oh. Isn't there a command like: bind t playsound taunt2 or: bind t sound taunt2 ?????????
MysticSpade
ok try this /bind t taunt2
ShadeSSJ
@Mystic Spade 1.The command doesn't work. 2. It doesn't just cycles through the taunts....it plays them randomly
MysticSpade
i wasn't sure that that command would work i posted that. but i do know if you do /bind t taunt it plays the taunts if there's a way to set it specifically to do one taunt look for a guy named DEST on these forums he's mainly in CODING he made JediMod he'd know more about it than me.
