superdude201 Posted August 21, 2002 Posted August 21, 2002 Is there any other droid md3 apart from r5d2 or the sith probe droid cause i want another for my moister farm. I made a r2d2 md3 and then tried to use the r2d2 skin for sp i think and it went all funny. Thanks
Karshaddii Posted August 22, 2002 Posted August 22, 2002 Im sure there is an R2 unit model...there was one in the Bespin part 2 level... But that is an interesting question...I don't ever recall seeing a .md3 for C3PO or R2.....I'll go look for it....

monsoontide Posted August 23, 2002 Posted August 23, 2002 In MP there is a entity you can add called Misc_model G2 In The info it says "model" arbitrary .glm file to display So in theory you simply display the static r2 GLM model. However I've never been able to get this to work. Anybody else know how this works? (Alternatively, use milkshape to convert the R2 glm to an md3 file.) monsoontide

You can import GLMs into MS3D, you want the newest version, 1.6.3, it has the best importer for it. From there you can export as an MD3. Make sure to import just mesh, not the tags and the caps, they'll be useless for a static model.

(sorry im kind of new to milkshape) When i try to explort it as a md3 it says "Couldnt find Control File D:/Program Files/ ........./protocol.qc
