Strange Mod Problem

I recently installed Win2K and had to reinstall Jedi Outcast.

 

When just playing without a mod everything is just fine. But whenever I load JediMod 1.2 or JediPlus 3.1, I notice some images on the menus and even the special sabers in-game appear to be corrupted. It's usually white with a black center, as if it couldn't load up properly. Even the console has this white border with greyscale leading into a black center, making it very difficult to read anything on the console.

 

Also, while in game, the chat line is flooded with a yellow warning message:

 

WARNING: RE_AddPolyToScene: NULL poly shader

 

Anybody knows what the hell this means? I never had this problem before.

 

One thing though: Earlier this week, I installed Jedi Outcast but didn't get around to playing as I had other things to do. I installed JediMod 1.3, but didn't know it was a fake at the time. When I found out, I overwrote it with JediMod 1.2. Now, I did try erasing the JediMod folder and replacing it, but I still experience this problem, with both JediPlus & JediMod.
