Loading Mods!!!!!!!!

There is probalbly an easy way to do this, but how do you load up mods in Single Player?????????

I go into the SP Game menu, before i start a game, go to setup, click on the mods submenu, AND ITS BLANK!!!!!!

I cant load SP mods, HOW DO U DO IT??????????
