Emperor's Deathstar - Finished but need help

Hi, I have finished my new map in the Emperor series - The Emperor's Deathstar but I have one problem.

 

The problem only occurs when I compile with lighting :

 

WARNING : GeneratePermanentShader MAX_SHADERS (1024) hit (overflowed by 1,2,3,4,etc)

 

And I also get RE_AddPolyToScene Null Poly Shader

 

Some of my weapons now appear in black and white.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening. I tried removing some shaders and textures but nothing helped.
