Wierd problems

hey, when i try and replace regular skins with other npc skins,

ie, when i try and replace jan's skin with a custom skin, it works fine; but then when i try and use the original jan skin to replace the jedi trainer, the jedi trainer who should look just like jan comes out looking like a combo of the original jan skin and the custom skin. was that too confusing? can anyone help?

the only time ive had that problem was when i had (in my mod folder) a packed default tavion as the player model, and an unpacked kyle model custom skin, or maybe the other way around

 

anyway, i had a kyle model with tavion skin all over it... it looked fun-kay

 

maybe make sure you got everything needed to replace the jedi_trainer model/skin packed in you mod folder, then run the mod and try it - there shouldnt be any problems then
