burglar
ok i have a problem with jedi outcast. i have been playing the game for a few weeks now. i have a low end system but it was playing ok. now it won't let me. i keep getting the error: GLimp_Init() - Invalid GL Driver a few times it has gone past this and when i try to load a saved game it starts to load and just as it is about to load it just goes back to my desktop. this is very aggrivating. i have tried to reload the game i have downloaded the updated drivers for my video card but it still does it. i have a voodoo 3 card and i know this is not supported but i have read in here that others have it and it is working. plus mine did work at first. any ideas please let me know Burglar

burglar
ok tried it again and got past the error: GLimp_Init() - Invalid GL Driver but as soon as it looks like it is about to finish loading it just stops and goes back to my desktop. this is driving me crazy. even a slow choppy game is better than no game at all. help
teleguy
You could try drivers from http://www.voodoofiles.com/search.asp
Deetox187
Were you installing Wickedgl correctly? i seem to recall to get it working with JK2 you had to rename your jk2mp.exe to quake3.exe and point Wickedgl to that and then rename it back once the install is done. Something like that anyways.
burglar
yup did that. it found the quake 3 file and asked if i wanted to put the file it it. so i did. still isn't working. like i said it looks like it is going to load then it shuts down and goes back to my desktop. Deetox187
Try copying opengl32.dll from the Wickedgl folder to the JK2/Gamedata folder and see if it works then.
